Employer Non-elective Contribution

Interrex's safe harbor plan contributes 6%, immediately vested to employees' 401(k) regardless if employees' make their own contributions.

Profit Sharing

Interrex makes annual profit sharing contributions. When combined with bi-weekly safe harbor contribution, Interrex contributes a total of over 10% of salary to retirement savings.
