Database Administration
Our Database Administrators have a firm understanding of data modeling, database design and database administration.
We have been successful at designing, implementing,
performance tuning, and managing large databases across
multiple platforms. We work hand-in-hand with developers to
integrate enterprise-wide applications with these databases to
meet our clients' business requirements.
Our Database Administrators have in-depth knowledge and
experience implementing solutions for backup and recovery,
disaster recovery, data migration, advanced indexing, complex
queries, partitioning and compression, capacity planning,
database security, user management, and ETL best practices.
We have experience in many of the top database software tools, including Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Network
Engineering
Our Network Engineers have a firm understanding of communications technologies such as Wide Area Networks (WAN), Local Area Networks (LAN), and network security. Whether it involves configuring Brocade or CISCO switches and routers, special firewalls like Sidewinder G2s, or installing CAT5e/fiber cabling, we are making a difference by implementing the latest technologies.
This includes installing and configuring VSATs, microwave, and point-to-point communication devices that work in conjunction with the aforementioned network technologies.
Our Network Engineers work in collaborative environments - some of which are during travel assignments, providing critical support to the overall mission, thus building the foundation against network intrusions and security breaches.
We are responsible for leading engineering efforts to design and deploy a secure internal communications infrastructure that allows our customers to accomplish their daily tasks without interruptions
System
Administration
Our Windows and UNIX System Administrators support a global network of replicated Oracle, Postgres, and Mongo relational databases, in addition to administering Windows and Red Hat Linux file servers running on various platforms hosted by Dell, HP and IBM centric hardware.
We are responsible for the installation of software and hardware relating to the many types of IT systems using today’s technologies, including virtual machine environments. We monitor system performance, conduct routine maintenance, and debug and/or troubleshoot systems if ever needed. Other responsibilities include performing the fine tuning of servers, maintaining backing up systems, conducting restoration procedures and configuring data storage.
As an Interrex standard, our Interrex system administrators are responsible for maintaining a comprehensive set of supporting technical documentation and provide Red Hat Linux, AIX and Windows Server operating system support for end-users, which may include training and addressing technological issues when they arise.

Engineering
Our Software Engineers have a firm understanding of the software development life cycle and employ various software engineering methodologies to fit the needs of the project and the customer.
They solve complex software problems and are adept at multiple configuration management technologies. They have firsthand experience building robust scalable solutions to solve big data challenges.
Our Software Engineers are skilled at working on independent tasks as well as in collaborative environments. They have experience in multiple coding languages, platforms, operating systems, and databases.
